The front desk staff was exceptionally polite. They were able to check 9 of us in within minutes. They were extremely helplful with any questions regarding where to go, etc. I love the breakfast tickets for Sweetie Pies. The food was great and it was unexpected that breakfast was included. I can't say enough about the staff and the location. Very clean. They even let us use a conference room one night to get together with friends since it was cold outside. A wonderful stay. An added bonus is they have great restaurants on the premises and a lovely gift shop.

We loved the location along the river walk first and foremost. It was walkable to several restaurants and tasting rooms. We also enjoyed the complimentary pastries and coffee in the mornings. The staff were exceptionally helpful, and we want to thank Henry especially for all of his recommendations. We also got to participate in a complimentary wine tasting in the lobby during our stay, so that was a nice touch.

The location was fabulous, the facility was fabulous. We loved the bakery, the restaurants, the gift shop and the comfort of our beds.

Sweetie Pie was great! Room was very comfortable. It was also spacious. Internet worked perfectly (which doesn't always happen in hotels.) Room was clean.

Room with great view and balcony overlooking the river but an odd shape because of the shape of the building. Well equipped and we went to Sweetie Pies and were able to get granola, yogurt and berries as well as fruit juice rather than pastries. Plenty of parking outside and the hotel provided a voucher so no charge. Easy walking distance from the centre and good choice of restaurants.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were really helpful and catered for all our needs. The breakfast served at the bakery next door is really tasty and offers lots of different options! The location was excellent and met our expectations as we wanted to enjoy downtown by foot!

The historic room that we had was full of character and luxury. It was a real breath of fresh air having stayed in a few basic hotels during our road trip. Yes it is expensive but it’s a great location, It is a luxury hotel.It’s a shame that there isn’t a bar or catering facility in the actual hotel. But overall very enjoyable.
